Max Ortiz

     Hello, I'm Max, and I am an extremely passionate filmmaker and co-founder of Birds Today Films. I write, direct, and edit all of my films, maintaining my unique vision throughout the entire process. I have over a dozen short films and one feature under my belt, as well as several ambitions projects on the way. My work often explores absurd circumstances, deeply flawed protagonists, and a blend of dark humor and pathos. I am a Film/ TV Production major at Columbia College Chicago, and I plan on becoming an established director in the independent film landscape.
